Peterhead could have Simon Ferry and Aidan McIlduff available for Saturday’s Scottish Cup third round tie against Raith Rovers.

The pair came off in last week’s 3-2 defeat to Stenhousemuir in League 2, Ferry through illness and McIlduff with a knee problem.

A hamstring injury also saw Scott Brown replaced and the former St Johnstone midfielder is set to miss the visit of the Kirkcaldy club.

Raith, like the Blue Toon, were beaten last time out, crashing to a 3-0 loss to League 1 title rivals Ayr Utd.

But that was a rare off-day for Barry Smith’s men, who have managed eight wins and two draws from their 12 matches.
