Two key appointments confirmed

Mon 20 Jun 2016

Peterhead are delighted to announce two key appointments for the forthcoming season.

After three and a half successful years as General Manager, Nat Porter has accepted the offer of a new role to join the Board of Directors at the Balmoor Club.

Chairman Rodger Morrison commented, "Nat was keen to reduce his full-time hours and this new position will allow him to focus on key areas of club development, as a Director, without the day to day responsibility of running the club"

Replacing Nat as the new General Manager is N.E Football Stalwart Martin Johnston. Martin comes with a wealth of administration experience in the Highland League and was Aberdeen FC representative on the Aberdeenshire and District FA as well as a current member of the SFA International Administration Pool.

Martin said "I am delighted to be joining such a professional, ambitious and forward thinking club such as Peterhead FC. I am very much looking forward to working closely with Directors, Team Manager, Players, Sponsors and Supporters alike as the club prepares for the new season ahead and beyond."
