Peterhead face Stenhousemuir in League 2 on Saturday as the two relegated teams from last season meet at Balmoor.

The third-top Blue Toon, after four straight wins in all competitions, are on a fine run of form.

However, in order to keep that going, they will need to put right a poor sequence of results against the Warriors.

Jim McInally’s men have not won any of their last five meetings between the sides, taking just one point.

This season’s reverse fixture at Ochilview in August ended in a 3-1 defeat with former Balmoor midfielder Nathan Blockley among the scorers for Brown Ferguson’s team.

The incentive for Peterhead is turn the tables on their opponents and keep pace at the top end of the league where they are currently just three points adrift of leaders Stirling Albion.
