Back injuries are set to keep out Steven Noble and Simon Ferry as Peterhead aim to repeat their October win away to Albion Rovers.

Rory McAllister, free from suspension, will return for the League 1 fixture in Coatbridge, which is significant at the bottom end of the table.

Blue Toon defender Craig Reid said: "It's a big match with where the two teams are placed in the league."

"It's never an easy place to go to and the pitch is not the greatest, a big difference from Balmoor."

"It will probably be a scrappy game but we have to try and get the three points by any means we can and try and pull ourselves up the league."

"We know where we are but there are still lots of points to play for and it's still very tight between a number of teams."

Balmoor assistant manager Davie Nicholls added: "With the predicament we have got ourselves in to, we just need to put points on the board."

"That is really key and all that matters."
