Two teams level on points square up at Balmoor on Saturday as Peterhead entertain Albion Rovers.
Four goals were shared when the sides last met in Aberdeenshire, Darren Young's men coming from two down to earn a point in August.
The reverse fixture in Coatbridge in October was decided by a Jordon Brown strike as the Blue Toon claimed a 1-0 victory.
Liam Gordon, signed on loan from St Johnstone last month, has shaken off a calf injury and is set to make his debut.
Simon Ferry will not feature, however, the skipper resting a back injury, which has forced him off in the last two matches.
Peterhead manager Jim McInally said: "Simon has been carrying a back injury for a number of weeks now."
"He will not give in but I think it is about time I put my foot down and pull him out the squad, for this game anyway."
"He can get a bit of treatment and massaging and hopefully he will be fit for next week at Stranraer."
The Blue Toon boss added: "Apart from Simon, everybody else is fine."
"Nicky Riley is back training again and is looking good, while Liam Gordon will make his debut on Saturday."
"The only doubt we have got is with Aaron Comrie, who played 90 minutes for St Johnstone's under 20s on Wednesday."
"That was a bit of a negative for us because we missed him at training in midweek and we could have done with him there to do some work."
"He is probably the only other player I would consider changing but that aside, the squad is in good shape."
