Sat 09 Jul 2016

Peterhead continued their preparations for the new season with a narrow win at former Highland League rivals Fraserburgh.

Broch defender Bryan Hay's own goal shortly before half time separated the sides.

Jim McInally named three trialists in his line-up while new on loan goalkeeper Fraser Hobday started. Left back Ryan Baptie also played.

A strong bench included Rory McAllister, Scott Ross, Steven Noble, Nicky Riley, Kevin Dzierzawski and Jamie Redman.

The squad is set to be rotated again when the Blue Toon face Formartine in Pitmedden tomorrow. (2pm kick off)
