Peterhead 1 Forfar 0

Sat 18 Apr 2015

In a match the had huge repercussions of the League One title race, Peterhead repeated their achievement of five weeks ago and triumphed over Dick Campbell’s men. Forfar had been leading the title race and looked set for automatic promotion until Jamie Redman nodded home a cross from captain Steven Noble. Redman, starting in midfield, went close early on as the home side started more promisingly. Former Scotland international keeper Rab Douglas was then forced to make two good saves to keep out strikes from in-form former Don Jordon Brown. The result lifted the Blue Toon up into sixth place while the visitors fell to third behind Stranraer and Morton.
